Our Pastors
Philip Estrada
Lead Pastor
Philip serves on the pastoral team of Mission City Fellowship as the lead pastor where he serves in the care, growth, and equipping of the pastoral team and church leaders to effectively serve, care, grow, and equip the church community. Philip was born and raised in Midland, TX. He and his wife Danielle have two daughters, Lily and Hope. They lived in San Antonio for a time before moving to Seguin (Just outside San Antonio) in 2008 where Philip was sent by his local church – Lifegate Church (a Sovereign Grace Church) – to the Sovereign Grace Pastors College in Louisville Kentucky and returned to Seguin to serve on the pastoral team of Lifegate Church. In 2021, Philip and his family were joyfully sent out by Lifegate Church and the South Central Region of Sovereign Grace Churches to return to San Antonio and plant Mission City Fellowship (MCF). Philip’s ambition is to make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ who live all of life for the glory of God and proclaim Christ for the joy of all people. He longs to see MCF be a faithful church community where the truth of God’s Word is proclaimed, Christ is exalted and treasured, the present-day realities of the gospel are learned, and the joy of Jesus permeates the hearts of the people.
